Disapeared victim Peter Wilson is finally laid to rest. Peter was abducted and murdered by the I.R.A in 1973. Father Brian Donegan said at the funeral mass that Peter had the mind of a fourteen year old. He used to carry a wireless radio around with him every where he went. Father Donegan also recalled how Peter's mother would walk the street's late at night in all kinds of weather looking for him, when anyone would offer her a lift home she would reply that she had better not in case she saw Peter on her way home. She passed away a year before Peter's remains were found on waterfoot beach
