- Management: Our senior management is responsible for setting the tone, promoting equality and diversity, and ensuring compliance with this policy.
- Members : All Members are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity, avoiding discrimination, harassment, or victimization based on any of the characteristics listed above.
- Executive Committee: is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy, handling complaints, and providing training to Members.
5. Discrimination and Harassment
Discrimination, harassment, or victimization of any kind is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal, physical, or written abuse, offensive jokes, and derogatory comments.
6. Recruitment and Selection
We will recruit, select, and promote Members based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and abilities, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
7. Training and Development
We are committed to providing training and development opportunities for all Members to reach their full potential.
8. Reasonable Accommodations
We will make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure they can perform their job duties effectively.
9. Reporting and Complaints
Members who believe they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or victimization should report it to the Membership Secretary. Complaints will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
10. Monitoring and Review
We will regularly review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with Irish law.
